This is a very interesting article, I feel like people have such a negative outlook of HR. It talks about how the work places need enables, someone who is going to help the employee reach there goals and be successful. I feel like that is what HR should be at anyway. This is why I am so interested in HR because people have such a negative view of HR, and I would like to change that!
